Sometimes a “big idea” can be captured on a small canvas. I felt this was one of those times. Everything cried out for a panoramic composition: the scene itself, the lighting, and the drama of the setting sun. This was another of those special occasions when the canvas seemed to paint itself – I just grabbed the brush and hung on for the ride. Hope you like it.
