ORIGINAL IMPRESSIONIST TONALIST LANDSCAPE PAINTING (click here to bid)

As I was painting this an endless stream of birds flew past and I decided to include them in the composition. You can see them just above the distant treeline. This is part of the magic that finds its way into paintings created on location. Constantly changing conditions force an artist to work intuitively and put his initial vision on canvas without a lot of fuss, which captures an authenticity found only in location work. Thanks for stopping to look, and enjoy the view! -- Tom Brown.
